How do I join?

 

There is no membership of the group as such.  You are free to come and go as you please.

If you want to be kept up to date, then there is a form that you can fill in on the 'contact us' page.  This will simply add you to the mailing list and you will receive updates of events involving the group.  Your details will not be passed outside of the core group.

 

I'm not seeing an up-to-date calendar.  What can I do?

 

This could be down to the settings that you have set in your web browser.  This means that you could be looking at a cached web page, i.e. one that is stored on your computer.  What you want to do is to have your computer check the website every time you visit it for the latest version of the page.

If you use Internet Explorer then you can adjust this setting easily by navigating Tools >> Internet Options from the menu.

 

 

 

From the form that will appear, click on the 'Settings' button and this will open up the 'Settings' dialog box.

 

 

 

 

If your settings show the radio button assigned to 'Automatically' then you may wish to select the 'Every visit to the page' option as this will look for the latest version of the page from the server.

Remember that this will happen for every website that you visit.

Click 'OK' if you are happy with the change, or 'Cancel' to leave the settings as they are.
